Painting entitled 'Seascape', in oil painted with impasto technique, abstract interpretation of a land and sea view, in shades of green, blue, brown, yellow and cream. Painted onto board. Signed at the front bottom right in ink 'Klein '63'. Framed in wood, painted green. Back of painting has sticker with inscription handwritten in ink '3.10 / BK Exhibition / Hawick Museum / 2005'; inscriptions handwritten in pencil 'Top' and 'SHADE / OVER'; paper label with typed inscription, '62. / Seascape / 1963' and 'Number 4. / Seascape - 28 x 40 Oil on Hardboard', and handwritten in pen '6', '10' and 'Bernat Klein 63 [crossed through]. Frame with card label handwritten in ink '17 / 28'/4"', and sticker handwritten in ink '120 SEASCAPE', and paper label printed and handwritten in ink '372 / SEASCAPE £8[?]'.
