Physical description

Oblong tile with floral border and central motif in relief; earthenware body covered with white slip, painted in polychrome colours of dark blue, turquoise, brown-black, purple and yellowish-brown underneath a translucent colourless glaze. The central motif of a couple on horseback set against a dark blue background. The woman is carrying an umbrella in her left hand and a flower in her right hand. The man is holding a falcon on his left hand. The area around the equestrians is filled with a dense array of flowers in the foreground and two larger buildings, flowers and mountains in the background. Along the top there is a row of tiny clouds. The flowers of the border are set against a white background.
