Good to know
- Tickets should be purchased online in advance of your visit.
- You can book up to a maximum of four Universal Credit tickets per order
- Only one person per order is required to be in receipt of the benefit and show proof of eligibility on the day

Which benefits are eligible and what is accepted as proof of eligibility?
Please bring proof on the day of your visit that one person in your booking party is in receipt of one of the following benefits.

| Working Tax Credit | HMRC letter |
| Child Tax Credit | HMRC letter |
| Income Support | DWP letter of confirmation |
| Pension Credit | DWP letter of confirmation |
Terms and Conditions
- Universal Credit tickets should be purchased online in advance of your visit. If you need assistance placing your order please contact us.
- Only one person per order will be required to show proof of eligibility on arrival at the exhibition.
- Maximum of four Universal Credit tickets per order.
- Any free child and /or carer tickets should be booked at the same time as adult Universal Credit tickets.
- Maximum of 10 tickets per order, including Universal Credit tickets and other ticket types.
- Universal Credit Tickets are only available for the 'Monkeys: Our Primate Family'exhibition. Other paid-for events are not part of this ticket offer.
- National Museums Scotland have a non-refundable and non-transferable ticketing policy. See our full Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
- Universal Credit tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
