Anna studied artefact conservation as a postgraduate at the University of Lincoln before undertaking an Icon internship in preventive conservation with the National Trust for Scotland and is an accredited preventive conservator. 

As a Principle Conservator at National Museums Scotland, Anna leads the Engineering and Furniture Conservation team. Anna has a particular interest in large object moves and caring for collections in challenging spaces.
