Niki McKenzie
Niki McKenzie is currently the joint Managing Director at Archangel Investors, one of the UK's leading angel investment syndicates, connecting seasoned investors with Scotland's most promising early-stage technology and life science companies. Archangels aims to support and mentor entrepreneurs to support them to fulfil their growth ambitions.
She began her career at KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant before spending 16 years in banking and structured finance, joining Archangels in 2011. Niki was previously on the Board of Edinburgh College where she served on both the Audit & Risk Assurance Committee and the Planning & Resource Committee. She currently sits on the Board of St Andrews Innovation, the commercialisation subsidiary of St Andrews University.
Niki became a Trustee of National Museums Scotland in April 2025, and her term of appointment runs until March 2029. She lives in North Berwick.
