A Dinosaur Adventure
About A Dinosaur Adventure
Pupils become palaeontologists and go on an adventure to the Isle of Eigg to look for dinosaur fossils and footprints. What will they find? And what will this reveal about these fascinating creatures?
ASN and Nursery versions available (please indicate upon booking).
What will my pupils do in the workshop?
This session is delivered in our Learning Centre where pupils will:
- Engage in imaginative play, storytelling, and handle replica objects
- Embark on an interactive adventure to the Isle of Eigg
- Explore evidence from fossils, footprints, and fossilised poo
- Collaborate to piece together the clues
- Discover if they have found a dinosaur, and if so, what kind
The workshop is inspired by the recent discovery of a stegosaur bone by our colleague, Dr Elsa Panciroli. Read more about her amazing discovery.
