The National Museum of Scotland is situated in central Edinburgh, a 10 minute walk from Waverley train station, all the city centre hotels and with public transport links to Edinburgh Airport outside the museum.
Conferences in the Auditorium Complex
The Auditorium offers comprehensive facilities, seating up to 210, a full suite of audio visual equipment and onsite technician available throughout your event.
The facility fee includes exclusive use of the South Hall and the Events Space, providing an additional area for breakout sessions, exhibitions and catering.
If additional breakout spaces are required, the Boardroom, the Bute Room and Rooftops can also be hired.

The Boardroom and Bute Room provide a suite of distinctive meeting spaces with a spectacular roof terrace for your exclusive use.
The Bute Room is a flexible and elegant space that can accommodate a variety of events, from seminars, team away days and workshops, followed by cocktail receptions, whisky tastings or dinner. The Boardroom has an in-built plasma screen with spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle, an inspiring space for meetings or breakout activities. Guests also have access to a private roof terrace, the perfect place to relax and recharge between sessions.
