Slow down and take some time out on a guided menopause wellbeing walk with mindful activities at the National Museum of Rural Life.

Join Anna Neubert-Wood from WanderWomen for this meditative, restorative and reflective outdoor experience aimed at those going through menopause.

Taking in the countryside that surrounds the National Museum of Rural Life, this 90 minute session will combine gentle walking with silent reflection, mindful activities and breathing exercises to help you reconnect with nature and restore balance and inner calm. Afterwards we will gather in our Learning Centre for hot drinks and biscuits.

To ensure a supportive small-group experience, places for this session are limited to 10 participants.
